First annual championships
We are excited to announce our school first "official" tournament. We will be competing in olympic style sparring. Pick up your info packet at the school.

February Is Fmily Month
This month is the best month of the year for brothers, sisters, and parents to get started at our school. We are offering some special incentives this month only:

Happy New Year!!!
WOO HOO!
It's 2008 and this is the year to feel great. I'm super excited for this upcoming year and the things we have planned for you, our students. We will be doing some new events as well as some previous favorites. One of the biggest events we will have this year is our first Black Belt testing.
Just some reminders:
Jan 7th is when all ads are do for the upcoming newsletter.
Next week the 7th to the 12th is sparring week, so bring all your gear.
We would also like to thank everyone who has supported our school for the past year. We are consistantly looking for ways to improve our program and bring the absolute best martial arts, fitness and overall self improvement program in all of Birmingham. With your continued support of our school we will be able to make 2008 a year not to forget. So, if you know someone, a friend, coworker, family member, that would benefit from our program please give them a VIP guest card to try TKD today (available at the front table). Honestly who wouldn't benefit from improved fitness, less stress, more focus and plus you get to hit stuff.
Overall, all of your instrustors are excited to help you achieve and stay on the path to great success in your lives.
